- Applicants: Full-time graduate students of this department, including domestic students, overseas Chinese students, or international students in the master’s or doctoral programs, who do not hold full-time employment during the semester in which they are applying for the scholarship.
- The award amount, number of awards, and award objects are determined based on the allocation of scholarships during the semester, and they will be processed after the department meeting.
