1.\u7533\u8acb\u8cc7\u683c\uff1a\u4fee\u7562\u7562\u696d\u898f\u5b9a30\u5b78\u5206\u4e4b\u8a72\u5b78\u671f\uff08\u9650\u7576\u5b78\u671f\u6709\u8a3b\u518a\u8005\uff09Qualification for application: Students may apply for qualifying examination during the semester in which they have earned a cumulative total of 30 credits, as specified in the criteria for graduation. (Limited to those who have registered for the current semester)

At the 4th Department Meeting of the 114 Academic Year (held on January 6, 2026), amendments were approved to the regulations governing the qualifying examinations for doctoral students. The revisions related to the subject examinations are summarized as follows:

A. Elective Subject Examination Reference Materials Policy<\/strong>
\u8003\u8a66\u671f\u9593\u4e00\u5f8b\u4e0d\u5f97\u4f7f\u7528\u7db2\u8def<\/span>\uff0c\u4ea6\u4e0d\u5f97\u651c\u5e36\u4efb\u4f55\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u6599<\/span><\/strong>\u3002\u82e5\u53c3\u8003\u8cc7\u6599\u539f\u70ba\u96fb\u5b50\u66f8\u51fa\u7248\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u50c5\u5f97\u4e8b\u5148\u5217\u5370\u6210\u7d19\u672c\uff0c\u4e26\u4ee5\u7d19\u672c\u65b9\u5f0f\u651c\u5e36\u5165\u5834\u3002
During the examination, access to the internet and the use of electronic materials are strictly prohibited.<\/strong><\/span> Materials originally published in electronic book format may only be brought into the examination venue in hard copy after being printed.<\/p>

To reinforce compliance with academic ethics, an explicit statement and penalty have been added:
Any instance of plagiarism identified in the examination responses shall result in a zero mark<\/span><\/strong><\/em> for the relevant subject, and the student shall be barred from applying for<\/strong><\/span><\/em> the qualifying examination in that subject for a period of two years<\/strong><\/span><\/em>.
